Cancelation and Refund Policy
- In case, customer wishes cancel to her/his Booking before 15 days of travel date because of whatĂ˘€™s ever reason including accident, Sickness or any other personal reason, nonpayment of the balance payment the company is liable to recover cancellation charges from the client. All the cancellation must be communicated in written.
- Advance amount 50% is also non-refundable in case the cancelation is done within 15 days of travel date or NO show scenarios.
- Advance token amount 25% is non-refundable in any cases.
- In exceptional cases like Instant Death, Company can refund the Advance payment amount but only after deducting its service charges. NOTE :( Company would also need the death certificate to process the refund amount.)
- The company deserves the right to change the package cost depending on the economical status of the market as per the government policy.
- Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking voucher only.
- Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in form of cash or alternative services.
- Child Below 5 yrs complimentary
- Child 5 -10 yrs without extra bed as mention in cost column (Child Breakfast Include)
- Child 5 -10 yrs with extra bed as mention in cost column (Child with Bed)
- Above 10 years / Extra adult with an extra bed sharing room (Charge Extra Bed With Meals)
- Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced if asked by hotel.
Our company does not encourage alterations in the travel arrangements. However, we would always try our best to grasp the changes (subject to the accessibility of the vivid segments of the trip as per your new needs and requirements). However, passengers are required to pay certain amendment costs for the changes to be made.
- The Above package can be customized as per the customer requirement.
- For Confirming your Tour deposit 25% of Package Amount in Advance and Rest of 75% of Package Amount before Starting your tour.
- Check in and Checkout time is 12:00 noon as per the Hotel policies
- Meal Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible and non refundable.
- In few tourist destinations, the facilities of hotel, services, and aids etc. cannot be matched to develop destinations.
- Extra cost may be applied for any unexpected event.
- Final confirmation acceptance should be only written basis & No discount will be provided after the issuance of confirmation letter.
- Service charge & service tax is different.
- Company has a right to rechange the hotel and reschedule the site seeing day to ensure smooth execution of tours.
- After you have deposited the advance payment you would be informed or updated about the arrangements for the tour. All the updates are on a regular basis.
